JEECUP Counselling 2017 – Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 Seat Allotment Schedule, UPBTE/UPJEE Counselling Process & Registration

JEECUP is commonly known as Joint Entrance Examination Council of Uttar Pradesh. The candidates who are interested in pursuing their career in the field of polytechnic courses can apply for JEECUP 2017. JEECUP Counselling 2017 will organise through online mode. Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education (UPBTE) is the authority who conduct the Joint Entrance Examination Council of UP (JEECUP). The Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (UPJEE) or UP Polytechnic Entrance Exam is a state level examination. JEECUP is held for admission in the various polytechnic programmes in agriculture, engineering, pharmacy etc.

Important Dates for JEECUP Counselling 2017 Seat Allotment

Examination dates for JEECUP 2017 are as follows:

April 23, 2017 (Sunday) 09.00 – 12.00 AM: Group A – (Engineering/Technology Diploma Courses)

April 23, 2017 (Sunday) 02.30 – 05.30 AM: Group B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I and K1 to K7 – (Other Courses)

Application Fees for JEECUP 2017

The fee (in Indian Rupees) for JEECUP (POLYTECHNIC)-2017 is mentioned below:

Application form fees:

  • General / OBC: Rs. 300/- per form
  • SC / ST: Rs. 200/- per form

Present Service Charges (subject to change as per Reserve Bank Of India guidelines) are mentioned below:-

  • SBI Internet Banking: Rs. 10/- per Transaction
  • State Bank Debit Cards: Rs. 10/- per Transaction
  • Other Bank’s Internet Banking: Rs. 15/- per Transaction
  • Other Bank’s Debit Cards: Rs.11/- per Transaction
  • Any Credit Card: Rs.11/- per Transaction
  • Branch Cash / Cheque Deposit (at more than 15,000 branches of SBI): Rs. 50/-

They can charge extra Service Tax

Important Instructions

  • The candidates who are applying for JEECUP 2017 will apply for the examination in online mode only. There will be no submission of print out a copy.
  • The candidates must fill the application form that is available at the official website.
  • Before filling the application form, the candidate must ensure his/her eligibility criteria.
  • The candidate should fill the correct information in the application form.
  • The candidate will choose the city of examination as per their own wish of Group A or Group B to K7.
  • Multiple forms of a candidate will not be accepted by the JEECUP 2017.
  • The candidate will fill his parent’s name and date of birth which is registered in his certificate of secondary class (Class X)
  • Application fees will not be refunded back in any condition.
  • The candidate cannot make any change in the application form after its submission. The option of change will be provided to the candidate at later stages.
  • The whole process of filling application form will be online. The candidate should not send the hard copy.

JEECUP 2017 Counselling procedure

  • 1st round of JEECUP counselling 2017 will hold in the second week of July of this year
  • 2nd round of JEECUP counselling 2017 will hold in the month of July (III week)
  • 3rd round of JEECUP counselling 2017 will be done on the basis of vacant seats left in the institutes which are participating in the JEECUP counselling 2017.

JoSAA Counselling 2017

The candidates will fill the registration form for the JEECUP counselling 2017. During the registration process, a registered number will be created which will be used by the candidate during the process of counselling. After the registration, next step in JEECUP counselling 2017 is the payment of counselling fees. After that, the candidate can fill his/her choice and submit them.
